You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, login passwords, and session tokens. You agree to notify RelayDor immediately of any unauthorized access, breach of security, or suspected compromise of your account. RelayDor will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your login information.

6. Professional Profiles

Registered doctors may publish a professional profile showcasing their clinical specialty, academic degrees, medical affiliations, clinic consultation locations, and professional focus areas. You agree that all information displayed on your profile is accurate, truthful, and representative of your legitimate clinical scope.

7. Doctor Discovery

RelayDor provides search and discovery tools to help doctors find specialists by discipline, sub-specialty, and geographical region. The inclusion of a practitioner in the directory does not constitute an endorsement, guarantee, or warranty by RelayDor regarding the quality or specific outcome of any medical service.

8. Professional Connections

The platform enables doctors to initiate, accept, and manage professional connections to build their clinical circle. All connection interactions must be conducted courteously, professionally, and in alignment with established medical community standards.

9. Referral Features

RelayDor offers communication and workflow tools to facilitate doctor-to-doctor patient referral coordination and consultation transfers. Healthcare practitioners remain solely responsible for exercising independent clinical judgment regarding the appropriateness of any specialist referral and for ensuring compliance with applicable patient consent and healthcare privacy regulations.

10. Refer & Earn

RelayDor provides a colleague invitation and network growth ecosystem ("Refer & Earn") where members can invite fellow medical professionals to join the platform. Participation in Refer & Earn is governed by platform guidelines. RelayDor does not offer or guarantee specific financial returns, commissions, or fixed monetary earnings. Any perks, badges, or platform recognition are subject to operational terms communicated within the platform.

11. Community Features

Members may participate in clinical discussion channels, question threads, protocol forums, and multidisciplinary case sharing. The community forums are designed for professional knowledge exchange among accredited medical peers.

12. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of the content, comments, questions, and insights you submit to RelayDor forums. By posting content, you grant RelayDor a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and format such content solely for the purpose of operating and enhancing the platform.

13. Acceptable Use

You agree to use RelayDor only for lawful professional networking, clinical knowledge sharing, and legitimate referral coordination in accordance with these Terms, healthcare professional guidelines, and applicable statutory laws.

14. Prohibited Activities

When using RelayDor, you strictly agree NOT to:

• Post identifiable patient protected health information (PHI) or breach patient confidentiality.
• Impersonate another physician, healthcare provider, or entity, or misrepresent clinical credentials.
• Engage in unauthorized commercial advertising, spamming, or mass unsolicited messaging.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, automated scraping tools, or attempt to compromise server infrastructure.
• Harass, defame, abuse, or post unethical content directed at colleagues or users.

15. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, service marks, logos, brand names, visual interfaces, software code, and platform graphics associated with RelayDor are the exclusive intellectual property of RelayDor. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the platform without our prior written consent.

16. Third-Party Services
